The whole principle of any recruitment service is that while the "customer" is the person paying the money, the "product" being sold is the candidate (we at calls this the "Talent"). So, as for any business selling a product -- the product must be fresh! The issue here is that if recruiters lose this Noble Purpose (regardless of platform) then customers stop buying. It's critical for the recruiter to always be looking-out to improve the potential of the Talent so he/she is keen to keep their profiles fresh and so sellable -- do that, and the money keeps flowing.
