Being part of such a successful business that provides a useful and high-quality service to many is rewarding enough in itself but employees of the company have been praising the strong opportunities and benefits packages of their careers as well as the pleasant office culture. Based in Massechuessets, Hubspot shot to fame in the last ten years for their notable success as providers of sales and marketing software, an endeavour whose revenues grew from $255,000 to $15.6 million between 2007 and 2010. To this day, their revenue and equity continue to rise and they boast high rates of employee satisfaction. Workers praise the company's approach of staff automatism where employees are in charge of how to prioritise their day to day duties which instil further motivation towards achieving the organisation's overall goals. This in turn allows each and every employee to feel that they have contributed to the success of a project at its completion. Although chiefly hiring in US at present, Hubspot has offices across the globe including in France, India and Singapore.
